The SAP Armband project was done in collaboration with the NEXT research group led by Dr. Jesse Jur at NCSU, and the ASSIST Research Center. The armband involved ECG sensors and energy harvesters integrated into a fitted, custom armband to take biometric data of the user.
During my time on the project, I worked on the development of a design that could feasibly integrate the requested sensors, construction of custom armbands for testing, integration of the sensors, and creation of the final product used in the ASSIST 2021 site visit.
